Egypt’s Ministry of Finance has launched the country’s first dedicated mobile application for real estate tax services, marking a major step in the government’s ongoing digital transformation efforts.
The new app, developed by the Real Estate Tax Authority, allows property owners to access a range of services directly from their smartphones without the need to visit tax offices. Through the platform, users can view their property tax information, submit requests, follow up on applications, and access official documents and notifications.
The application also enables citizens to review payment details, check the status of tax declarations, and receive updates regarding their real estate tax obligations in a more streamlined and transparent manner.
