Omar Khairat to Perform at London’s Royal Albert Hall on May 23

Renowned Egyptian composer and pianist Omar Khairat is set to perform at Royal Albert Hall in London on May 23.

Over the decades, Khairat has become one of the most influential figures in modern Egyptian instrumental music. Known for blending Western orchestral compositions with distinct Arabic melodies, he has helped shape the sound of Egyptian film and television since the late 1970s.

His extensive body of work includes scores for some of Egypt’s most iconic productions, such as Layali El Helmeya, El Sefara Fel Omara, Asal Eswed, Hob El Banat, El Bakhel W Ana, and El Erhaby.

Tickets for the concert will go on pre-sale on March 12 at 10 AM (Cairo time) through Live Nation’s official website.
